This event was conducted for an Non Profit Organization BOSCO, that takes care of street boys run away boys, and boys with many issues, they provide vocational training, job oriented courses , counseling, etc to the residents of this home.
Some of the inmates are also having health issues.
The event we Organized was aimed at not too many values but keeping things simple, get "everyone" involved, build up some team spirit, indulge them in some challenging, competitive, and stimulated environment ....
Of course regular debriefings by the experienced facilitators is always an integral part of every experiential learning event ..
